Parisian Macarons

A macaron is a traditional French pastry and can be found in almost every corner of Paris.  It is small delicate almond meringue cookies with ganache or buttercream filling sandwiched in the middle.  A perfect macaron has the right balance of texture and taste: thin crisp shell, barely protecting the soft but slightly chewy cookies, complimented with a flavorful filling.  When all these mingle in your mouth in harmony, you have the perfect macaron.

Enjoying your macarons

  • Keep the macarons refrigerated in airtight container until ready for consumption.  When the moment is right, let it sit for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
  • Since we use no preservatives, our macarons are best consumed within 4 days.
  • Pair macarons with tea or coffee, they complement each other very well.

Flavors

Our macaron flavors may change every month so we can use the best ingredients available for the season.

We use Valrhona products for ganache fillings.
